If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Please note that goods returned for credit can only be accepted within seven days and when accompanied by the invoice or advice note number and date; and when the returns are in good order and condition as originally supplied by us. The cost of return freight shall be covered by the customer unless otherwise specified.
Please note that we are unable to send to Post Office Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
All payments made through the website are processed using PayPal or SecurePay, and as such you are entitled to file a dispute if you feel that your item does not match its description or is defective.
As with all Australian businesses, we are bound under Australian Consumer Law to guarantee that our products will work and do what you asked for. If you pay for something that isn’t right, you have consumer rights. If a product does not meet the requirements required by law, you have the right to a repair, replacement or refund of the item.
Please note that consumer guarantees do not apply if:
- You change your mind or found the same item for a cheaper price
- You have misused a product in any way that caused the problem
- You knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product
- You asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted.
